Do you believe your thoughts reflect your actions?

“If you believe it, you can achieve it.” Yes or no? That’s a total YES in my world. If you truly believe it, the rest of your body will BE it! Your thoughts, energy, vibe, and then of course your actions. I have no clue why or any scientific data to provide. I strongly suggest you give it a try and see what happens for yourself.

Have you ever read or saw “The Secret“? This best selling self help book from 2006 claims your thoughts directly change a person’s life. (Go watch it on Netflix if you haven’t seen!) If it is that simple, if you just have to redirect your thought pattern, why not try changing?

Applying this idea to your health and fitness will drastically change the outcome of your achievement. Just like we had a mantra and started visualization, this method goes hand in hand with getting what you want. Nothing is more powerful than that of the mind. Work on your thoughts this week and i think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the outcome!
