On the 3rd day of #FITMAS the #FORZAFAM gave to Martha Doris a #healthy supplement and water bottle from Nina’s Health & Wellness Page!! Exclusive supplement from Arbonne called “mind health” helps support brain health and cognitive performance. The delicious cherry-lime flavored formula has supportive ingredients like B12, grape seed extract and CoQ10 to help maintain a healthy nervous system. We love products from Nina Malone that are made from all natural ingredients! (PS we are obsessed with the body butter from this company)
On the 4th day of #FITMAS the #FORZAFAM gave to @Pat Winans a gift certificate to Cape May Honey Farm. They are our go-to for #local honey! CMHF is ran by a husband and wife team who work to provide pure, raw; in other words “REAL” honey from the hives they keep on Cape Island. They have plenty of sweet gift options from candles, to bath/body to our favorite honey! On the 5th day of #FITMAS the #FORZAFAM gave to Pam McDaniel Bowen a gift certificate to our neighbors at RedWhite&Brew !!! RedWhite&Brew is a Sea Isle City favorite! This local coffee shop serves a variety of coffee, iced drinks, smoothies and cooks up nutritious breakfast dishes. It’s home to “The Forza” – a trainer approved egg, cheese, tomato sandwhich served on rye. Our favorite: The fresh brew green tea and the ice cold nitro brew coffee!
On the 6th day of #FITMAS the #FORZAFAM gave to Kaila Boyer a Nu Skin facial gift set from our favorite rep Joli Harvanik !! NuSkin is a premier anti aging company that makes all natural products. Our friend Joli sent over her favorite products including the face lift powder and mud mask! Joli also sells the very infamous teeth whitening toothpaste that works!!!! On the 7th day of #FITMAS the #FORZAFAM gave to Pat Pasceri a physical therapy session including cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) at @Integrity Physical Therapy and Wellness in their CMCH office!!! Cupping therapy (a personal favorite to Forza owner @Lorelle) is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
