I’d say that’s pretty open ended. I’m a “sky’s the limit type person” so these questions excite me… AND overwhelm! I find it best to clearly define goals for the time frame and also get a crystal clear understanding of what I expect from myself.
10 weeks is seventy days. Break that down to however works for you. Given concise time frames like 21 days, or 40 days what is realistically achievable for you? Can you create goals to motivate yourself? For example, would you like to drop a pants size in 4 weeks? Would you like to change your schedule for the next 40 days to include 3-4 workouts each week? In 60 days, would you like to feel stronger, have more energy, sleep better, and exude confidence? In 7 days of committing 100% to a new program, would you like reduce stress?
It has been said that expectations are the root of all evil. Have you ever asked what you expect of yourself? This is a great place to start. Knowing your tendencies, or what is going on in life, how do expect to show up? For example, my weeks gearing up at work for the summer season are hectic. I expect a little less food prep, a little more eating out, 4-5 workouts in stead of 5-6 and sleep being my priority.
10 weeks is a short time frame, you owe it to yourself to know what you want and to achieve it! #GoGetEm
