Ahhh, nothing beats Summer at the Jersey Shore! There is a fun buzz to the town and an amazing energy surrounding the beautiful beach! With that brings our action packed schedule to keep YOU healthy and in shape … Here are some of our NEW classes this summer

1- Insanity: You’ve heard of it. You have seen Shaun T on TV and also the dvds always for sale. Our personal trainer Brandon will be guiding all fitness levels 3 times a week! Can’t jump? No worries, we have modifications for all.

2- Aerial Pilates: Pilates, the very well known core builder. Now we use our comfy aerial swing to guide your core through a burn. Also, tone & tighten at the same time, so fun!

3- Aerial Barre: You don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy this class. Instead of an actual bar on the wall, we use the aerial swing. Why? To provide handles if needed for easier movements OR if you are up to it, challenge your core with using the swing itself. Those who have joined us the past month in this class swears their butt has lifted!

4- Aerial Fitness: Similar to a TRX class but with our own fabulous flair!!! 25 minutes long, no extra equipment is used except for your body!

5- Drenched: Cardio + Weights = Leaving the studio ‘drenched’ in sweat! Enough said! All fitness levels can handle this and you know it will be fun!

6- 630am Spin: Wake up early, get your workout in, and then head to the beach! 630-715am, Spin class will build up cardio endurance while listening to your favorite music on the stationary bike.
