For me, a lot of great memories were made while “working out” with my family! It was quality time spent walking or playing games outside or even racing to see who was the fastest. At the time I didn’t realize, but that activity was so healthy for me and my sisters and parents. We were an active group anyway with all of our sports, but this casual time not only burned calories but increased our bond!

This “family time” was one of my inspirations for our “ForzaFam Family Workout” happening 4/14. But one of our Coaches, Heather, will be running the St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon in Nashville for a 2nd year raising money for St.Jude Children’s Research Hospital. As a ForzaFam, let’s join In helping Heather reach her fundraising goal and bring awareness to this amazing charity.

This ForzaFam Family workout will include novice, veterans and and all ages. It will be a partner-style workout with fun music and fun exercises. Our goal is to help promote a healthy lifestyle as a family. Families that workout together, stay healthy together! I am souped for this donation class happening this spring and couldn’t wait to tell you about it. Our 40 minute class will end with light snacks. Hope to see you and your family then!!!
