I cannot believe it’s been over a week from our first YTT graduation ceremony. It was a glorious experience to learn and grow together! What an amazing transformation each trainee has made. Not to mention the 200 hours in the studio!
This Yoga Teacher Training has taught me how seriously inward focused yoga is and the benefits of breathing properly. What an accomplishment each trainee has made! I’m so proud to have had an amazing group for our first teacher training.
