So New Years in the fitness industry is filled with over crowded gyms and lingering hopes of fulfilling resolutions. According to Business Insider, 80% of New Years Resolutions fails by February.

After Pat Gallen from CBS3Philly came yesterday to the studio to do a segment on Aerial Yoga, I was taken back by all the love, gratitude, and good vibes in the room. (Some of our ForzaFam got to the studio for 5am so they could support Aerial Yoga on LIVE TV!)

Anyway I was feeling so overwhelmed with those feelings and realized I had manifested them for my year. I intended 2017 was my year of love and being grateful! So what if we came up with ideas and feelings that we wanted in the new year, visualize and manifest them so they become reality. All of this instead of creating a resolution that seems to have pressure associated with it or a goal that seems unattainable? I encourage you to set an intention for your year and see how it unfolds for you!!!

Check out these smiles so bright & early in the morning!! …
