This week we dive deeper into our “visualization” deeper. Defining exactly what we want will help us work harder for it. Because you can see it!!!! It’s a reminder of what you’re looking to achieve.

Another visualization technique I use with clients is envisioning a celebrity or a picture of you that you aim to look like while you’re working out. You know when the timer is bound to beep any second, visualize a picture of what you want, and i guarantee those last few reps will be better than if you didn’t.

When I was competing, I had pictures everywhere to remind me. Larissa Reis is a well known female competitor and she was my motivation. I saw her picture, and it pushed me! Her picture was placed above my light switch, on the mirror in the bathroom, and as the background of my phone. OK OK that was a bit intense but you get the idea. Shit, I was visualizing every second what I was working for!!! #Getitrightgetittight
