We devote this class to unwinding from the daily “to-do’s” and make our focus to strictly relaxing our nervous system. Inspired by “yin” yoga, we guide you through deep breathing and slow movements that release muscle tension. All this relaxed focus on being present in your temple turns off the typical fight or flight response of daily life. Once practicing that, we are able to do it a little easier off our mats!
