And the holidays begin!!! We have a few extra classes including ‘BOX the Bird’ 11/23 and ‘Sweat that Stuffing Circuit’ 11/25 10am to help you spare a few extra pounds…These classes are designed to include functional training to blast the calories in a FUN way. Plus, treat yourself to our Black Friday Specials while you’re in studio… Here are a few tips to get by this holiday season:
1- Keep moving! Aim to be active atleast 25 minutes everyday, it can be as simple as a walk.
2- Don’t staff your face! Control your portions, you can do it. Remember, you are what you eat (and I don’t think you want to look like a cookie)
3- Drink plenty of water! Every meal you eat, strive to have one water bottle. If you stick to this plan, you will have a few bottles in by the end of the day.
