How do you relieve your stress? One of my favorite ways is punching the heck out of a punching back with some loud music. The initial impact is so powerful to me. I find it empowering to control my breathing, sweat dripping down my eyes, muscles shaking & feeling the strength of my movement. Come give it a try!!
