It has been a HOT one at the Jersey Shore this Summer!!! We know it’s been a bit uncomfortable for those who aren’t in a bathing suit and dipped in the water…SO we have our air conditioning cranked in our clean studio for you!

Have kids? We have a great idea for them this summer… Whether an athlete or a child with high energy, bring them in for a private training session. Or better yet, get a few of their friends together for one. It is a fact that exercise promotes healthier brain activity. NOW is the time to get them involved in their health and build confidence.
