And that quote about sums it up! Every year around this time, there is a ton of energy devoted to the New Year. So many goals, resolutions and promises are made. I was never one to get excited for that. I personally devote my energy into reflecting on my past year and search for how I can be better. Maybe even just 1%. Look back at your prior year and see what you can learn or be more grateful for. Then look ahead at the new opportunity of the New Year and get excited about being a better YOU!
