|Aerial Yoga||55 minutes||Achieve length and depth with less effort, while improving core body strength. Feel the traction and effects of gravity as you flow throw traditional yoga postures. Our strategically designed small class has personal instruction. 10 people per class limit. No experience necessary.|
|Beach Boxing||55 minutes||Meet us on 36th Street Beach for a fun cardio boxing workout. Enjoy the music of the ocean and the sand between your toes as we learn proper technique, build cardio strength and have fun. Bring your own mat and gloves. Gloves available for rent, if needed. This class is in partnership with the City of Sea Isle, therefore no membership required. ($10 cash payable day of)|
