Nice asses of course!

Well spring is finally kicking in here at the Jersey Shore. For me, that’s motivating! Starting to wear lighter clothes and wanting to be outside more has me focusing on how I’m feeling in my body. Longer days of sunshine makes me want to keep active all day long and utilize the day better. How about you?

MOVE! Our bodies were made to be active. No you don’t have to go swimming for two hours, but go for a walk in fresh air. Just start! And to push you more, just sign up for class. It commits you! I guarantee if you hit a class or two each week, by the end of the month you’ll be checking your rear out and be proud!
